Does the fluid have air bubbles? You supposed the bleed the fluid untill there is no air bubbles left (you need 2-3 people to bleed brakes)! Also when bleeding start from the caliper furthest away from the brake master, which should be your passenger rear, then driver rear, passenger front, and last driver front. Also double make sure that your brake master is tightened and sealed correctly. I used teflon on my threads to make sure nothing was leaking. Last I would check the vaccume line that is connected to the brake master. It assists the brake master.
