I've read that it can be a number of things. Not sure how diagnose this properly but I'll try to replace CVS first since it is most common part to go bad and there is a Honda TSB on that http://www.driveaccord.net/forums/at...7&d=1107021677

if that doesn't fix it then I'll try bypass valve and two way valve. Is there a good way to test these valves? I really don't want to replace a lot of parts for nothing.
