In a nutshell:
* All of your OEM emissions hoses and equip must be connected & functioning (PCV valve, evap emissions canister & purge valve, etc).
* You cannot have any CEL codes logged in the ECU.
* Your fuel rail is illegal and so is the throttle body.

If it wasn't made by Honda and isn't considered an OEM replacement, the part needs a CARB exemption order number.
