Thanks for the response. Could you elaborate on "unhook where the antennae connects under the dash"? Is this a signal connection only or is this also a mechanical connection that keeps the antenna in place? I looked under the dash (near the clutch pedal) but nothing there seems to be near enough the antenna (which runs through the post between the driver's door opening and the windshield).
