OK, I took off the VTEc Solenoid and here's the results.
The oil looks pretty dark so I'll change the oil.
However, the little piston thin that goes into the solenoid, I pushed it in and it hesitated to come back out. So after pushing it in a couple of times it goes in and comes out fine.
Should I go ahead and spray some carb cleaner in there or just put a little clean oil in there.

Also, I didn't see a "screen" that people were talking about when I took off the solenoid.
