Yes you will need some kind of engine mangement to tune. You should do a compression test before installing the turbo. Alot of people will run about 6-8 psi stock. You should always tune it when putting on something like a turbo. Find out what the turners in your area work with and go from there. Taking it to a dyno is the best way to get a good tune. Alot of kits will come with some injectors but your going to need a better fuel pump. You should do alot research on this... alot of people just like to talk out their ass to make them sound smart. Listen to some of the people that have been here for awhile, they know what they are talking about. I had to learn the hard way.
