I just successfully turbo'd my 2000 LS which has a B18B1 in it and this is what it took:

FIRST was 7 months research and parts purchasing. I learned a few lessons on what not to buy and I could do it again very easily and save money. My setup is running this:

*Garrett T3/T4 Hybrid, rebuilt. (Saves lots of money buying rebuilt, but be carefull!)
*BLOX T3 Mani (Not bad, about $200 off Ebay. Keeps A/C and PS.)
*TurboSmart Ultra-Gate 35 (Bought used, works great!)
*HKS BOV (Bought used, has valve tensioner. Works!)
*RC 440cc Injectors (Bought new, needed for extra fuel.)
*OBD1 ECU (Basemap from phearable.net w/ conversion harness.)
*GReddy FMIC (Bought new, VERY Pricey, not sure on Ebay ones..)
*GlowShift Boost Gauge
*GlowShift Oil Pressure Gauge
*Mishimoto Alum. Radiator w/ 14" Slimline fan
*Ebay Charge Pipe Set (Bought new, good construction, works great!)
*Ebay 5-bolt 2.5" EZR Downpipe (Ebay New, didn't fit right but is going to work with cutting one piece and welding.)
*Ebay Oil Return Fitting (Aluminum Bolt-on, for oil pan.)
*Carquest Various Vacuum Lines $10ish (BOV, Wastegate, Boost Gauge.)
*Carquest Oil Return (about 9" of 3/8" Tranny line.)
*Carquest Various Hose Clamps
*Misc. Bolts/Hardware from local store

Very hard to track down a whole kit like I did, but it's also a fun and rewarding process. Basically you can deduct what you have from my list and find the rest to get about everything you need to turbo your car, but be ready for 6+ hours install time, maybe some modifications to your car and have patience. I'm so happy mine's done besides welding the exhaust, it pays off greatly in the end.

Have fun man! This site is full of great info on doing it right.
