yeah, he's on 3 month probi so i dont think he will complete it.
MY manager interviewed him and oen other co-worker that thinks shes the shit. Shes one of those cut throat people and i cant work with her. Since the help desk supervisor is out on maternity they ( firm management ) has asked me to supervise them during her leave.
I then notice an email being sent to H.R from my manager informing them that shes supervising the help desk while the real one is out on leave.
Meanwhile I got the same email in my.pst file from sept saying the same thing about me.
So, since like mid october i basically have been having that i dont care attitude. Im not going to work twice as hard for nothing and at the same time have this cut throat pretending to be what shes not but, I guess that doesnt matter now. Being in management sucks, I guess it depends what company you work for.

With my new role im not sure if i have hiring power, guess ill find out on monday so get ya resumes ready!!!! lol
