there was a thread over a week ago how to get them. this is just a reminder.
but a recap:
you go to amazon and vote on each round
you will then be notified if you are offered a deal on what you voted
if you voted on the winning item your deal, if offered, will be the winning price.
if the item did not win you still may be offered a decent deal on that item
