Don't go with your companies "colors," it'll probably just annoy others who don't need constant reminder. What about burgundy walls and and olive carpet?
oh god I hope that was a joke (those colors). And I'm the only one who's in the office on a daily basis, so if it doesn't bother me, everyone else can kiss my ass.

but, depending on the work environment, company, employees... colors can be "hip" and "modern" and fit better than the standard stark white walls with gray carpet.
We are trying to go for a more modern look, so gray carpet plus white walls= no good.
