I have the same compleint to Honda on my 2 accords that I own and on the CIVIC I have owned.

On my 1999 ex-v6 I used to replace the OEM bulbs with Sylvania silver star but they keept burning out every year so now I use the OEM one.

I did go to Autozone and bought driving light kit for $25 and installed them under the fornt bumper.

I adjusted them to light up the road just infront of the car about 15ft.

What a difference that makes. Even when it is raining out I can still for the most part see the road. Light reflect off the road when the road is wet.

Installing the lights took some planning though. I have a dedicated switch for it inside near the cruise control button.

If you really need high impact, the HID is the way to go although they are very expensive.
