Since the summer...I don't have unlimited credit and I have to pay as I go. So if I ran out of material I had to wait for my next check...once a month, and I still had to pay other bills. It's been usable and it's only minor stuff that needs to be done now. Touch up drywall, set nails, paint, make some cabinet doors. I had to redo the plumbing to move a toilet and build a pipe chase for the plumbing for upstairs and ductwork for the upstairs bath, then build cabinets in front of all that to hide it and make it look like it always was there. If I would have done this bath for a client labor and materials/fixtures/cabinets/lighting would have come in around 18,000.
