Creatine = Only use creatine if you have water retention problems or if you want your muscles to look "stuffed". You can usually spot the creatine users at the gym by the shape of their muscles alone. Can be used to push past a plateau, but taking a 2-4 week break can be more beneficial and is cheaper

Protein = ON 100% Whey is the way to go. Beginning and end of discussion on this.

If you want to suppliment beyond this, the only things I can recommend are: L-Glutamine powder, L-Arginine, ALA (50mg or so), and green tea.

That's what I use beyond regular protein powder. L-Glutamine is an abundant amino acid in your muscles and I've found it to help with soreness. ALA and Green tea serve as antioxidants, and green tea has a moderate caffiene boost. I also take 2g L-Arginine in the mornings and an hour before working out, as this one has a multitude of benefits to people working out.
