I was at a party, drinking and such, playing beer pong, etc. Backyard 2-barrel complete with bonfire, tiki torches, outdoor beer pong (as well as indoor). I've been going to this place all summer long.

Got there about 11PM, and around 1230, we took it inside. Unfortunatley, the cops were busting a huge party on the next block over (had a clear line of sight to this backyard), and figured that they would ruin our night as well, so they came over. We were all packed up and inside (probably about 20 of us), and we knew they were out there.

Having done this MANY times before, I simply locked the doors, turned down the music, made the place quiet and such, and told people not to let the cops in under any circumstance. I have had the cops at my house many times just banging at the door. They can't come in without a search warrant / extreme case of probable cause (ie drunk people / booze clearly on the property). Every time, they just leave. It's never a problem. They say all kinds of shit to try and get you to open the door, but without a warrant, they are SOL.

two minuites later, some retard lets the cops in. Voila - 17 underages, and $3K in fines to the holder of the party (although, there was a "filing error" at the PD, so the fines are gone). I was pissed. Oh well, out of the many times i've been drinking, I'd say one scratch on the record is OK.
