my dad is trying to rent a condo a ski mountain place.

we make a website and the main picture on the first page had a picture of the sign of the community that the condo is in "arcadia village" and some trees. the mountain said they own rights to that "arcadia village" phrase or whatever, so we had to take it down.

why? i took the picture, it's just where it is..

i'm confused.
