i had a minor accident and decided to fix car at my own expense, so I took it to garage and not a dealer. I used to repair my old 98 accord there. They didn't plug hose properly, so after 1 week it came off and it ran out of coolant. Not sure for how long needle stayed at the red spot, I noticed it after 20 min of driviving and once I noticed at the same time engine light turned on. I'll take it to dealer now for check up.
