Default A little problem w/new Clutch

Thanks to westcoaststyle's beautiful DIY on clutch replacement, my dad and I (neither of us have ever done more than an oil change on a Honda) managed to replace the clutch, flywheel, and both axles on my '97 Civic in a day, without a single hitch anywhere along the line! We used Exedy OEM clutch kit and flywheel. For some reason, the new clutch is slipping on me on occasion. =P When it slips, it's always when I'm holding a steady speed w/no acceleration. When I feel it start slipping, I have to give it gas, and then it catches again and begins to accelerate.
Basically, as far as I can tell, it has trouble keeping up in low-torque situations, and it just fine the rest of the time. Now, I know I didn't break in the clutch perfectly - I basically drove normally, with mostly highway miles, but I sure as heck didn't go zipping around, and/or beating the life out of it. Is there anything I am overlooking, or what the heck is going on?
