I have a honda 2000 (bought may 2000) special edition 4 cylender with 23,500 miles that is garaged all the time and drive in normal conditions.. Do I need to replace my timming belt now or can I wait at least one more year. What should I do?

Every time I go into to the dealer they are pushing me to replace timming belt and wate pump. The maintence schedule says 105000 miles or 7 years. I never had a car over 7 years with so little millage.
