Change you diet to have less fat intake is the best way. In my experience when i took in less fat my bF went down just by lifting 5 days a week. If you haven't been doing a lot of cardio you will more and likely lose muscle mass if you start doing low intensity cardio like jogging, swimming, or biking. An excellent way to lose fat without losing muscle is to do HIIT. High intensity interval training. Fartleks are a good example. sprint walk sprint walk...etc for 15-20 minutes. Everyone is different though the best thing is to try and see what works for you.
