Just got back from seeing it and overall I give it a thumbs up and will most likely buy the dvd as well

There were a few things that I thought could have been done better or left out. One of those things was the overplayed relationship between Eban and Stella. It didn't really detract from the story but it did nothing to move the story forward really either. They should have left the drama between them once the killings began and they realized they were in for 30 days of hell.

I would have to say it is one of the more intelligent vampire movies I have seen in a long time. The systematic killings at the start were very well thought out and worked very well to add to the tense feeling in the movie. I also think the waits between killings added a lot to it much akin to the original Alien movie.

I would say more but not wanting to make spoiler tags nor do I think it is neccesary in order to say that I enjoyed it very much
