yeah those Michelins do have pretty good reviews, but I'd only choose those if you want specifically all-seasons...Not sure how cold it gets there (I'm assuming it doesn't snow, right?), but of your choices that you could find locally, the Kumho Ecsta SPTs will definitely give you the best dry grip (noticeably better than the Michelins).
Bottom line, if you want the tires to be able to stand cold weather and snow, then go for the Michelins...if you're not worried about that stuff, go for the Kumhos.
