Have a mid-term on Monday.

I'm doing hours at Police Activity League (PAL) for my Soc. 357 class. I hung out in the arts and crafts room with this older lady that volunteers her time on my first day. She brings in BAGS of stuff, and does arts and crafts. She well with the kids. The supervisors don't like her, though She's more concerned with giving positive re-inforcement and praise for jobs well done, when you see the staff more concerned with conformity. I get it that someone has to be the hard ass, but they sweat this lady. Lame. I'm supposed to be there to observe and help with the kids, but the staff seems more f'ckd up. :hs:
