I was so focused with "TDC" and the mark that I never realized that 2 revolutions = TDC. As soon as i started the car, 3 sec later I turned it off. I knew something wasn't right and I guess I am lucky.

For future reference, when you install the t-belt and everything is on just turn the crank twice to TDC and if the cams and crank pulley marks are at TDC then your timing is perfect. Holy run-on sentence, sorry.
