I think it's like this ...

fire up halo 3
hit the |> start button
look for the menu titled "Bungie Favorites"

There you'll see 3 or 4 categories.
images
videos
maps
etc

Look for the map called "Rocket Race".

"Pirate Ships" is on there too.
