Kids arent being taught this. Its the stereotype of the blk man being mean and non-complient with the law and other things. You watch the news and all you see or hear is about a suspect being saught by police or the perp actually doing the crime is blk. You watch survelliance tapes on the news of someone committing a robbery, they are blk. You watch prison shows on tv the majority of inmates are blk. So yea, i guess I can see why they would say that blk means bad and white means good.
