IMO lowering springs are better but if ur not sure how low u want it then coilovers are always good in that situation, they have this piece that goes in the bottom of the spring and most likely it will come with a tool so u can adjust it by pulling the top half one way and the bottom half the other. I've had different experiences with coilovers so i wouldnt be able to tell ya exactly. hope i helped
