For a good intermediate tire with decent wet weather grip, I've been very happy with my 205/45R16 BFGoodrich g-Force Traction Z tires.
See if you can find them in 195/60R14.
And go ahead and buy them online if you find a good deal.
Any tire shop can mount them. :run:
Its like 60 dollars to install them plus i don't feel really good buying tires online so these are my choices
