I had the same prob when I put my JRSC on, found out it was a leak in the TB gasket so I replaced it and it was fine.
The car idles at like 900 now, and is pulling 15" of hg, which is fine. I don't think its a vacuum leak. Never know though. I have a feeling that it may be a bad 02 sensor. I'm not getting and CEL's, but according to hondata, its putting out some funky voltages.
