Being that your car is a 99 It would be safe to assume you're near the 100k mark which is around the time you should be changing that, actually should be done earlier around 85k-90k to be safe.
The parts for Hondas aren't expensive at all and 90% of that money you're spending is Dealer labor. Do the work yourself and it'll be a fraction of the cost.
