yeah it kinda sucks that with radiator heat, you cant have centrail air :hs: but we got over it quickly. CNY summers are usually pretty mild... nothing like living in the midwest. the heat has been converted from steam to hot water so it is the same as modern baseboard heat, no more hissing and clunking like steam heat.

we like old(er) houses cuz they tend to have fewer rooms per sq. feet so you get bigger rooms and a more open floor plan. also, you cant beat the charm IMO, newer houses need more time to develop character h: the downsides we have seen .... usually only 1 or 1.5 bathrooms, usually the kitchens are smaller than in newer houses, and a lot of times you dont get functional basements (storage only).... and garages are hit & miss but rarely orignal and even more rare is the attached garage.
