thank you for your replies. I will probably shoot for around 11:1 I was just trying to get everything straight because when i rebuild the engine i want the internals to be decent so in the future I can mod it more as i get money, and i dont want to have to worry about things like pistons and such.

One more question is what bearings to go with. I plan on using ACL but im not sure if i should go with the DuraGlide series or the Race series. The car is gonna stay N/A but i just want to have a peace of mind and know that it will be strong and capable to taking alittle abuse and still last along time.
