well, let see, I use green masking tape that my bodyshop used to mask and paint anything

for the chrome, i just sand it off, mix the paint with the sticky clear paints or something like that then sprayed.

the output is still very bright, but the the area is more focused because some of the black area is covering off parts of the housing and reflector.

Now i want to do it Blue, but don't know if it's Illegal or not.
