my qualms and reasons not to purchase:

no 3G - if im going to upgrade my phone and spend 400 doing it ... i better get 3G

no stereo bluetooth - so i buy a mp3 player/phone and i cant use stereo bluetooth headsets? booo

no manual managing of the music, its all auto sync

non-user replaceable battery

if a v2 comes out resolving some of or all of these issues then damn thats gonna be a nice product
