Default IACV problem, related problems? 2 part question

ok, so my car drives great for 140K on it. however, it has a very intermittent problem. its done it to me twice now id say in the past couple months. with no warning whatsoever, i feel a loss of power, check engine light comes on, and the car dies. then i have a very very hard time starting it up again. i pull the codes and it throws a code for the IACV and both the oxygen sensors. so i reset the ecu, and all is fine for like a month. no CELs whatsoever. until yesterday. i just finished up a 650+ mile trip and as soon as i pulled in my driveway, CEL came up and the car died. throwing the same 3 codes, one for the iacv, and one for each of the oxygen sensors. car runs like absolute crap with the cels on. so i reset the ecu again, and magic the car runs new, no signs of any problems. so after doin some research, i read that the iacv controls how lean or rich the car runs. so here's my first question: could the iacv problem i'm having be creating the oxygen sensor problem? because i never have the codes come up individually, i get them all at once like they are all going nuts at the same time.

and part 2 of my question: if i'm throwing a code for all of these things, but after i reset the ecu the car runs fine. is there something really wrong? i mean, if i can fix the car that easily just by resetting ecu can there actually be something wrong with the sensors? i know electrics are goofy, so thats just a thought i had. so far ive put on average 1200 miles between the CEL's

any thoughts?
