Yes my friend I'm afraid Snoopy may be right. Looks like you may have a few bent valves. My 94' broke a timming belt on the Interstate @ about 80 MPH with 194,000 miles. Way past the recomended 90,000 mile timming belt change limit. I coasted to the side thinking "OH s_ _ _ ". Towed it home and started doing a comperssion check. #1, 180psi; #2, 0psi; #3, 180psi; and #4, 80psi; Thought I could get by with just replacing the timming belts and water pump. I completed the job and started the engine, it ran like crap. I pulled the head and found 4 bent exhaust valves on #2 and #4. Yes the
F22B engine is a 0 tolerance engine. If you have only 2 bent valves you are lucky. I can't believe your repair shop sent it back to you running rough, knowing or not knowing you could have bent some valves. I would take it to another repair shop next time. Good Luck! and beware!
