Depends... both on quality of roads, tires, personal taste.
I've been running 4/16 front, 7/16 rear on 205/45R16 tires at 31 psi cold.
It's a little crashy when I'm in downtown LA, but up on Mullholland it's a decent setup IMHO. This with stock swaybars, mind... (which will change soon).
