it turns out the cheerleader stole cheers from an inner city school. At that point, the team decided to hire a choreographer for their state qualifying routine. At state qualifying, their purchased routine was performed by another school. It was embarrassing, but because they are the defending state champions, they received a free bid to the state finals.
