Sure I do, a truck's rear tipped and shit went all on the left side of the teg. Pretty explanatory from the picture.

Maybe the truck was hit by another, maybe the truck had just pulled up when it happened. Maybe there was a lot of traffic in front of the teg so they couldn't go. Maybe the were people crossing so they couldn't move.
