Memory stick.
The highest I've seen is a 4gb at about 40-60 bucks. So, even when and/or if they come out with larger capacity sticks the higher the price for them would go.

I have about 15-20 gigs of Anime alone. I could only get about 13 episodes of one series on my 2gig stick.
I've been playing with the idea of purchasing an 80gig iPod classic and just throwing all my media on there.
