No it is definitely not worth it...

Yeah a K20 is a good motor, but you can get similiar performance with a B-series or even better performance give or take with an H22 for FAR less money...

Don't get me wrong it would be great to have a K20 swap in an EG, but it would really be a waste of money. You could buy a hatch with an H22 or even an ITR motor already in it for prob half of what he's asking...
Unless you have tons of money to throw around or really have to have it, fine, but in the end you will still be left with a 12+ year old car...
