So....It's frustrating starting a topic when your all hyped up and excited about shit and ppl just bring down your high, not cool. Now maybe I was a lil over the top but realistically it's all possible without being as stretched as you all may seem. House is about $450k($2200mo) in my area, taxes around 5k-7500yr, USED porsche Carrera $35-40k($450), Plastic porsche with electric motor for my son at 3 maybe $1k SUV for wifey $30k(450/)mo...plus no other Credit debt. Plus insurance at $450mo is only $3550 mo, bills and shit total about another $800, so $4350, I could still sock away 5% in retirement, plus so far my route has grown 20% over the last 2 months, 24% last month
