Default Xbox360 studs ... Nyko Intercooler EX

Please note, this thread is about the Nyko Intercooler EX. The EX is the revised, re-released version of the Nyko Intercooler.

Is anyone running this?

The original version had this horrible electrical pass-though design.
- It was made of a plastic housing, which eventually melted rendering the 360 dead.
- The first version had vibrating issues which caused discs to scratch while spinning.
- When attached, the wireless adapter had nowhere to sit.

The new version claims to have fixed all issues.
- The electrical pass-though is now metal.
- The unit clamps into place and doesn't wiggle or jiggle at all.
- The EX is a bit shorter which allows for the wireless adapter to be attached.

After reading this:

I'm a bit more optimistic about it. Take a look at the AC pass-though differences between the 2 models.

I Google'd for a bit and found an article on temperature gun readings. The revised intercooler is a bit noisy (3 fans and all), but after 2 hours of HDDVD playback, the entire 360 is about 17 degrees down.

Maybe I'm just paranoid, but the 360 is just HOT from sitting overnight. It's not even on and the thing is spewing heat.
