well its not the axle because the noise only changes with engine speed, faster the engine spins, the faster the noise gets, like hearing get slown down when shifted to a higher gear and hearing the noise spool up again.

Edit: The tranny fluid is totally fine, I did actually drain it and put it back in, no metal particles found.
