Have you checked your transmission oil level? I'm assuming you did change it with the clutch, right? One of the possibilities is the release bearing, mine ended up being the bearing on the drivers side at the axle (but I had 244k), it actually lost three of the balls. Still drove but sounded bad and of course only when the clutch was not pushed in.
