Did you check the 2 wires? you ether have an open in the 12 power wire or the ground or possibly a bad ecm not likely.

Ok you check the 2 black wires plugged in, back prob the connector with a safety pin. Lets say you see 12v on both wires you have and open ground. Lets say you see 0v in both wires you have and open power.

Run the wire tests first then look down.

Read the intro to the book. Find the pgm-fi section find what pin is your power out put from the ecm check to see if you have 12v key first turned on. If you do not have 12v you have a bad ecm.
