Is it possible? Yes

Is it worthwhile? Not really. You are only increasing stroke by 1.8mm and displacement by 37cc's. For all the work, that is hardly worth it, IMO.

Oh, and you would use B20/LS bearings if you are using a B20/LS crank and rods.
