How do I perform a bounce test? Sorry to be ignorant, but I have never heard of that... I took a look, and there is some exterior cracking on the strut, but it doesn't look like a leak of any kind. Also, do you have to take the strut off of the car in order to tighten the bolt on top? When I tried to tighten it, it just spun.
