my friend works at hertz and used to work for bmw
he loves hertz, pulls home 9k-12k a month, and busts his ass at work

bmw had a shitty system for commisions, they split them with the finance guy, and the finance guy would do shady things to get a bigger cut

but hertz has been great i guess, he has been there 8 months and they are getting ready to promote him to a fininace manager position, salaried at around 100k and commisions on top, sounds good to me

but its not an easy job, customers hate you and are very hostile, some days you wont sell anything at all so no commisions for you, you will sell cars to people that cant afford them and know it, you will take advantage of people

but hell, might as well try it out and see how it goes
