meh ... i really can't say that this is a 'scandal' per say. he never actually did anything wrong and all you have is the testimony of one officer, the arresting officer, who was also if you want to be technical the victim. the cop arrested him for what amounted to his opinion and charged him based on that. he never actually commited a crime, granted disorderly conduct is mainly based on the opinion of the officer, but 9/10 times you can fight it and win.

anyone can get disorderly conduct, big whoop, i can get that walking downtown yelling curse words. and as for the is he gay part ... who cares, i can partially understand if he was why he would try to hide his leanings, if he wants to stay a politician in such a traditional state like idaho then he would need to.
