The cord that pulls my window up and down is not winding into the regulator. The motor to the regulator runs when I push the window control up or down but the cord winds slowly and seems to get stuck from within the regulator, then the motor slows and stops.

Does this mean I have to replace the whole regulator and cord? Never dealt with this before.
